Overview

BCodePro™ 10× Fast Transfer Solution is a transfer buffer optimized for semi-dry Western blotting. It enables efficient transfer of proteins with molecular weights up to 150 kDa within 10–15 minutes when using 4–20% gradient gels of 1 mm thickness. The buffer is compatible with both nitrocellulose (NC) and polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) membranes, as well as filter papers from various manufacturers, ensuring high versatility in different laboratory setups.

Whether you prefer NC membranes or have leftover membranes and filter papers from previous experiments, there’s no need to discard them. This transfer buffer is designed to adapt to various lab combinations with ease. Compared to traditional Tris-Glycine-MeOH buffers, it reduces transfer time by up to 1/6 while delivering superior efficiency and results under a range of experimental conditions.

Optimized Efficiency for Semi-dry Transfer

Lane 1–5: E. coli lysate, 1/2 serial dilution
Lane 6–8: BSA at 2 μg, 1 μg, and 0.5 μg

After transfer, the gel was stained using BlueS Gel Solution, and the membrane was stained with BlueS Membrane Solution.
