OptiTrans™ Semi-dry Transfer
Overview
OptiTrans™ Semi-dry Transfer offers a faster and more convenient alternative to traditional wet transfer methods in the Western blot process, enabling efficient protein transfer from SDS-PAGE gels to PVDF or NC membranes using a semi-dry approach. When used with the BCodePro™ Fast Transfer Pack, transfer can be completed in under 10 minutes, delivering high transfer efficiency and reproducibility. Compared to conventional wet transfer, this method reduces transfer time by up to 80% while achieving even better transfer efficiency.
